Building Tender Opportunity

The proposed project start date is to be agreed in 2024.

Scope of Works Includes:

Foundations & Blockwork to include drainage

To provide suitable foundations as per approved building regulations drawings for the proposed swimming pool extension, outdoor sauna and plantroom building and bund for deck level spa.

Wellness Facilities

To provide and install a 3.5m x 3.5m tiled deck level spa alongside all associated infrastructure, build and install an outdoor sauna within building already provided, provide four heated Corian loungers or equivalent.

Joinery Provisions

Roof Structure, all joinery work including timber frame for the pool extension and also sauna building, internal joinery work as agreed within the scope of works, provision of all windows and doors.

Roofing

To provide a quotation for a traditional slate tiled roof to the swimming pool extension in reclaimed welsh slate, also to provide EPDM roofing to the sauna and plantroom building.

Tiling

Complete all tiling works associated with the project to include circa 180m2 of floor tiling and 320m2 of wall tiling, scope to include provision of all adhesives, grouts, trims and tiles.

Plumbing, Electrical & Ventilation

To complete plumbing and electrical in line with scope of works and approved building regulations drawings.
