Our New Booking Protection

We have recently joined Master Cancel, a new protection scheme which protects both you as our customer and us as your booking provider. Creating greater flexibility for you, preventing any difficult insurance claims or difficult conversations. Our guests are clearly the most important factor in the continued success of our business, and we want to be able to protect you and your holiday whilst also still being able to keep our business thriving so that we can continue to provide a great experience for all those who visit us.

Especially relevant in the current climate we can confirm that this protection will also pay out on Covid-19. More importantly your refund comes directly from us and there are no long telephone calls to be had with an automated switchboard!

FAQ’s

How do i add the booking protection to my booking?

You do not need to do anything, simply make a booking through our online booking system and you will be covered.

Do i have to pay extra to include the protection?

No, the cover is included in the cost shown on the website, there are no hidden costs associated with this scheme.

How do i cancel?

Cancellations must be made in writing between 60 and 2 days before your holiday, once you have cancelled within this window we can process your refund.

Is Covid-19 Covered?

Yes, any new bookings made from June 8th 2020 are covered under this scheme.

Can i opt out?

No, the cover is put in place when the booking is made, there are no additional fees for this cover and it is included in your booking cost.

I already have a booking, can i add it on?

Unfortunately, no, we are not able to retrospectively add the cover to existing bookings. 

Are you currently taking bookings?

Yes, we are taking bookings from 4th July 2020.
